This is Sup...
So anyway. This is the co owner of AFgames, Supnitle. I'm apparently a little crazy at times, but I'll try to tone it down on this blog.
... *Cough*
Anyway, Aqua has said a lot, but he didn't go into much detail about the games. So I will do it for him.
Hopefully, I'm allowed too.
Undeceased is an RPG game about a zombie named Hunter, who, before death, got pushed into a pond and drowned, due to not being able to swim. He comes back as a zombie, seeking answers as to why he was killed. The first weapon you get is a stick you find outside the pond. You fight underlings of the guy who pushed you and cute little woodland creatures. Hopefully. There are 4 party members, and one of them is Hunter's cat, Danielle. A combination attack you can do is shove her up an enemy's butt. Although Aqua doesn't want this attack. I'll just put it in anyways. >:P
And that's Undeceased. Now I'll describe the projects I did solo.
Fire emblem platformer is... Well, gee, guess.
There wasn't any real plot to the the game, I just wanted to make a game with fire emblem sprites. You can attack, and move around. Kill enemies too. There are 5 characters. Eliwood, Hector, Lyn, Wil, and Nino. The three lords have melee attacks, and hector is the strongest but slowest, Lyn's the fastest but weakest, and Eliwood's medium. Wil fires arrows that are strongest at close range, and nino fires a fireball that follows the mouse. The project is mostly dead, actually. I might start it up again later.
Kodeko is a game about a small green blob. He has a jet pack to make him move faster. He's the only one of his kind, and used to work for a theif, but they were caught by the police, and Kodeko was brought in. They didn't know what he was, but they knew one thing. He was good at stealing. So they made him a spy. His current mission is to sneak into a company building. The company researches plants, but they've been ordering tanks, and guns, and all kind of weapons. Kodeko is sent to investigate. He can pick up bombs and move slightly faster with his jetpack.
If you wanna see all the other crappy games I made, go to my youtube page, and look at my videos. I have a couple other miscallanious videos too.
And aqua man's solo projects...
HE'S COMPLETELY FRIGGIN INSANE.
The first game I know about of is Space Crates. Basically, you fly around through space, gradually getting faster. You can move up or down. If you touch any crates, you EXPLODE. There are power ups that last for about 5 seconds. It doesn't actually sound that hard, but it is. IT IS.
Fishi is a game about some fish that can somehow shoot bubbles out of his forehead. The game is hard. It's IWBTG style, but not THAT hard. I don't get as frustrated. The sprites look good. Just remember one thing. This game. It's insanely hard.
And... That's it.
*wins a brawl*
This is Sup. Returning to base.
*awesome jingle ends*
Here it is :3
Aquarius here, I got our DevBlog up. Well, basically, me and my buddeh Supnitle make games, and we decided to merge out mini-company-type-things, thus becoming Armor Fish Games. We'll keep you updated on our projects, so... yeah...
ACK! *Gets punched in the face by Supnitle*
Stupid me -_-. We decided on Army Fish Games, because Supnitle said that Armor Fish Games sounded too much like Armor Games... But it somehow got engraved into my tiny little brain that we decided on Armor Fish Games. So I made the new GMail account and DevBlog as ArmorFishGames... so... we're... stuck with this...
Ah well <_<
Oh, I should probably give further introductions. Supnitle is my friend over the intarweb, whom I met on a forum for a Mario fan game. We both made games, and just merged together to create games TOGETHAR. Yesh. Our current project is a game called 'Undeceased', which I will talk moar about in later blog posts, and maybe even leak some screenshots.
This is Aquarius, signing out.
MOAR STUFF LATER.
Game Concepts and Emoishness
Hey, Aquarius here. Happy first day of September! Wait... That's not even a holiday... and it's actually 2:06 A.M. so it's technically still the first of August... but, eh...
First, I'd like to say SUPNITLE, ITS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT OF HIS MOUTH, YOU JERK! *Cries in corner*
Ok, now that that's over with... I decided to throw a bone to those fanatics who have been begging for spoilers and screenshots (No, those people don't exist... *Cries in corner again*), so I'll tell you a few concepts of what the gameplay is going to be like.
Lets start with the movement system. It's... It's actually undecided currently, because Supnitle and I can't decide if it will be fixed or not. We had an annoying collision problem when the movement wasn't fixed to a grid, but you could move much more freely. With it aligned to a grid, there was no diagonal movement, and it was just... meh... However, the collision problem wasn't there with the fixed movement. I'm pretty sure that the collision bug is fixable, but I'm too LAZY to find out what's wrong with it (Yes, that's why I wanted to call this LazyFish Media). I'll find out sometime, unless Supnitle finds whats wrong with it before me. So yes, anyway, I'll stop rambling and move to the next concept.
The battle system. Think Earthbound. It's kind of generically turn based, but has some nods to the way Paper Mario added fast pacedness (Is that even a word) to it's battle system. There will be a basic weapon that does not take up any 'energy', that you can use at all time during battle. There will also be skills, different for all of the party members, each with different uses. The reason I reffered Paper Mario is because Supnitle and I decided to add a combo system, allowing the player to sometimes do combos if they use a fast weapon (i.e. knife, and thrown objects). When the player is about to attack, 3 keys flash on the screen saying random letters or numbers. If the player presses one key in time, it adds an extra attack. If the player presses two of the keys in time, it adds 2 extra attacks. If the player presses all 3 of the keys in time, it adds-You guessed it! It adds the...

Ok, ok. Not serious. Kidding... OR AM I? No, I'm honestly not. It adds 3 extra attacks. So anyway, I'm too... lazy... to think of other concepts for the battle system that we agreed on. But I'll tell you one thing. There will be alot of pointing and clicking in the battle system. For targeting, selecting attacks, and everything... yesh... Mainly because it's alot easier for us ._.;
So. Anyway. Not much else to say-Wait, did I just copy+paste the Pedobear Seal of Approval? I... think I need some sleep...
Once again, happy September First. This is Aquarius, signing out. And going to sleep. Because it's 2:30 A.M. Yesh.
